Diverse Leadership Program DLP2025
The Diversity Leadership Program provides a suite of tools and modules for being a manager and leader in your workplace and the Tasmanian community.
During this intensive program participants learn through in-person training, networking and mentorship opportunities.This program will cover leadership competencies that reflect the unique needs of Tasmanian workplaces and communities.

OUTCOME
Participation in the Diverse Leadership Program 2025 will result in participants gaining knowledge and skills that will support their leadership in the Tasmanian community and management in the workplace.
An increase in confidence in participant’s leadership capacity may result, as well.
