Inaugural ANNUAL WOMEN'S EXPO 2024

Our first EXPO was a massive success. Over 30 stallholders from 20 organisations were here providing valuable inforamtion to a whole array of community members. While our focus was on women, specially newly arrived migrants, this was a family friendly event, with amazing food provided by Queen Sheba, beautiful dance performances by Eri Mullooly-Hill Konishi, Levanya de Zoysa, and Maira Rodriguez. Our workshops provided people with a quiet space to learn Embroidery and therapautic drawing, and we ended the day with latin band Kattleya, who delighted us with their voices and gorgeous latin beats.

We want to thank all the volunteers who made this possible, and who stepped up beyond their confort zones to help us deliver a wonderful event. Thanks to all our team, and most importantly to all those who attended; these events are for you all!
