Reports and Submissions
Over the past 9 months MCOT, in partnership with MRC Tasmania and MRC North embarked on a statewide consultation project to inform the State Governments next Multicultural Action. Over 800 people responded to our online survey and more than 200 people attended community forums across the state, providing valuable feedback on the success and challenges of living in Tasmania. Community also provided some amazing ideas and solutions to help government develop an Action plan that will result in genuine outcomes and opportunities for Multicultural Tasmanians. We look forward to the next phase of this project as we continue our advocacy for more equitable opportunities and services for our community, and our ongoing mission to unite communities so we can all feel welcome and included in this great state.
