Our membership runs on the WildApricot platform. When joining as a new member or logging in as an existing member, you will be redirected to their website.

Important information about registration email

If you are unsure about the email address you have registered under, or you need any assistance regarding updating your personal details or delegate details, please contact Sudina at office@mcot.org.au.

For organisations: If you have registered your organisation using a personal email address, we strongly recommend changing it to an email address from your organisation. If your organisation does not have an email domain, we recommend creating one for the benefit of your members.

Note: Your renewed membership will run from 1st July 2026 – 30th June 2027 regardless of your payment date.

New members

Individual Members:

  • Click on the Join MCoT button at the bottom of this page. This will take you to our WildApricot platform.
  • Select your level of membership: Individual (Click Next).
  • You will be asked to provide an email address; please enter your personal email address (Click Next). You will then be directed to fill in your personal details (Click Next).
  • You will be transferred to a confirmation page, please confirm that your details are correct (Click Pay Online).
  • Fill in your card information and click Pay.
  • You will receive a Payment receipt and a confirmation email welcoming you as a member of MCoT.

Organisation Members:

For organisations, the person completing this form must be registered as a delegate and will be our primary contact for the organisation. Please use your organisation’s email as the main contact, and personal emails for delegate registrations. There can be a maximum of three delegates per organisation.

Delegates:

Each organisation has the right to three delegates who will have voting rights at our annual general meeting (AGM). Delegates of your organisation are required to be available to vote on the day of the AGM (no proxy voting is available). Organisation delegates cannot also be individual members of MCoT, as per our Constitution.

Each delegate must be aware that they will be included in this membership and will need to provide their own contact email addresses and phone numbers.

On the WildApricot platform, the collective details of the three delegates for your organisation are called a bundle. Please note that the primary delegate must be the person who supervises the organisation’s email for this membership. This person is the bundle coordinator.

Second and third delegates must use personal email addresses. If delegates have not provided a personal email address, we will contact the bundle coordinator and make sure that this is rectified.

Delegates can be modified up to 24 hours prior the AGM. Please refer to our Constitution for more details.

Note that, as a delegate, only names and surnames will appear in the Organisation Directory, no other details are shared. Your privacy is important to us.

Joining as an organisation:

If you would like to apply for membership for an organisation, follow these steps:

  • Click on the Join MCoT button at the bottom of this page. This will take you to our WildApricot platform.
  • Select your level of membership: Organisation (Click Next).
  • You will be asked to provide an email address; please enter your organisation’s email address (Click Next). You will be directed to your delegates details page.
  • Add details of the bundle coordinator (most likely you) who will be attached to he organisation’s email address. Then add the details of delegates two and three, including their personal email addresses. All delegates must have a unique email address (Click Next).
  • You will be transferred to the confirmation page, please confirm that your details are correct (Click Pay Online).
  • Fill in your card information and click Pay.
  • You will receive a Payment receipt and a confirmation email welcoming you as a member of MCoT.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are already an individual member and want to add a new organisation, or become a delegate of an organisaiton, your individual membership will no longer be valid. Please note that this might affect your voting rights, please also refer to the constitution for further information*.

* 5.10.1. If an Individual Member becomes a delegate for an Organisational Member, then the Individual Membership lapses forthwith.

Existing Members / Membership renewal

Individual Membership renewal

If your membership due for renewal, you will already have login details for WildApricot.

Click on the current members / membership renewal button at the end of this page.  You will be redirected to the WildApricot platform for this process.

  • Log in to WildApricot using your login details.
  • Select your level of membership: Individual (Click Next).
  • A page with your details will be displayed. You will then be asked for consent for your name to be displayed on our website. You will also be asked to enter your name and surname at the bottom of the page (Click Next).
  • You will then be transferred to a confirmation page; please confirm that your details are correct (Click Pay Online).
  • Fill in your card information and click Pay.
  • You will receive a Payment receipt and a confirmation email welcoming you as a member of MCoT.

For individual members: only your name will appear in the Individual Directory, no other personal details are shared. Your privacy is important to us.

Organisation Membership renewal

Click on current member/ membership renewal at the bottom of this page. You will be redirected to the WildApricot platform for this process.

  • Log in to WildApricot using your login details.
  • Select your level of membership: Organisation (Click Next)
  • If you need to update your delegate information this is the time to do so.
  • You will be transferred to a confirmation page; please confirm that your details are correct (Click Pay Online).
  • Fill in your card information and click Pay.
  • You will receive a Payment receipt and a confirmation email welcoming you as a member of MCoT.

Updating your delegates

Your Bundle Summary: Why is it important?

Your Bundle Summary shows the currently active delegates for your organisation. MCoT uses this list to confirm your official delegates.Keeping your delegate information current ensures that the right people receive updates and information, including Newsletter, and access to update their own details in WildApricot.

Note that bundle members cannot update details for other delegates, only bundle coordinator can update details of the organisation and its delegates.

Name consistency

  • Delegate names in Edit Profile must be the same as the names in Bundle Summary
  • If they don’t match, please update both sections

How to update the Bundle Summary

  • Add new delegates (click Add Member)
  • Archive old delegates
    • Open Profile
    • Click Archive at the bottom of the page
  • Only current delegates should appear in the Bundle Summary
